What if I haven't exercised in years and am so out of shape? Can I do the 21 Days to Victory program?
YES! You sure can. This program is set up for you to work to the best of YOUR ability - not anyone else's. You can succeed at fitness no matter the level you are at. You

I have a bad back. Can I still do this?
Yes. Actually, through this program, system and exercise protocal I have in place the 21 Days to Victory will actually make your back much stronger. I believe in a strong, firm back and midsection so we will be doing a lot of great exercises to make the back strong again.
I travel a lot. I don't go to the gym Can I still do this?
You sure can. Actually, you will be amazed how little equipment you actually need. It isn't the equipment that will give you success in this program it is your heart and how bad you want it. Little or no equipment necessary.
How often do I need to workout to have success in this program and how long are the workouts?
This is set up to get you HUGE results in only 21 workouts. You can do these anytime you like but to really have FAST success I recommend you workout 6 days per week for 30 minutes and one workout per week is 45 minutes.
