Not all exercise is created equal! In the past I spent many hours exercising, and didn’t see the results I wanted. I just finished my 4th month of Victor’s 21-Day Fat Blast class. Each class lasts only 1/2 hour and based on the number of times I actually attended, I was averaging 8 hours per month of exercise. Not all numbers are created equal either. You can’t just look at the scale to see progress. As part of the class, Victor keeps track of each person’s body composition monthly. Although I could have been discouraged because I didn’t see much weight loss until the end of this month, each month my average percentage of body fat decreased and have lost more than 9 inches. I grudgingly signed up for a 21 day fat blast session after encouragement from friends. After the first session I had lost 11 pounds! I found the group environment both fun and very supportive. Victor does a great job making everyone feel comfortable while still challenging each individual. I have just completed my third session and lost inches in all my body measurements and 18 total pounds. I feel great and am eager to start another fat blast session.   Sue

 

Joining the 21 day fitness class left me a little apprehensive:  Could I manage my time to fit the class into my day? Could I physically meet the challenge and level of fitness to attain results?  The answer is YES! We started our exercise journey in January 2010 after a friend told us about the gym. Victory is top shelf. You certainly feel like your improvement is a shared goal. Sure, you need the discipline, dedication and determination to achieve results, but it helps to have a third party quietly offering encouragement. If you need assistance in reaching your fitness goals the 21 Days to Victory program is the answer. It is a well thought out program that will amazingly give you challenging workouts and keep your body guessing so you keep getting results.  The workouts don’t get stale.  I always wanted to lose the weight but never really believed in the back of my head that I could.  I now look in the mirror and like what I see.  I even like myself more than ever and that is priceless.  This program will make a difference in your life.  I can't say enough great things about them. I ran my first 5k with Victor's help. Then I ran my first 10k. Now I'm thinking of a half marathon and who knows maybe a full marathon. I was intimidated when I first walked into Victory but that went out the window fast. Victor is amazing and very concerned about me the client. He is helping me so much. I am now eating better and my weight is slowing coming down but the GREAT thing is my inches are dropping fast. I've had back discomfort/pain for most of my adult life (and that's a lot of years)...after a couple months at Victory I no longer have back pain...an occasional twinge of discomfort but that is all...no sleepless nights because my back hurts.
